you assure me that my house key will be kept safe?

understand the importance of security when holding our clients
keys and they are kept in a locked cabinet between each clean.
They do not have your name or distinguishing details on them
for added protection but are coded under our security system.

you clean oven interiors as mine is very greasy? |

Your
home cleaner will clean the hob and front of the cooker but
not inside as this is a specialised job. We can arrange for
your oven to be professionally valeted at the same time that
your home is being cleaned. Just ask for details.

you clean inside kitchen cupboards or any other cabinet interiors? |

Our
normal visit does not include cupboard interiors. However,
by prior arrangement, we are happy to clean inside one of
your cupboards on each visit providing they have been emptied.

you polish on top of wardrobes/units? |

Yes.
If the top of the wardrobe is clear we clean using extending
tools however due to Health & Safety risks we are unable
to clean any areas that require use of steps or ladders.

Can
you de-scale my shower cubicle as I live in a hard water area? |

No
problem! We have the appropriate products to deal with this
problem and we will happily leave your shower cubicle looking
its best. The results may not be obvious until we have completed
our first few visits but we guarantee you will be pleased
once we have worked on this 'problem' area.

have a young baby with sensitive skin and I don't like the
use of harsh chemicals in the kitchen and bathroom area? Can
you help? |

We
will gladly do our best to help you. In these important areas
we use suitable antibacterial cleaner on all work surfaces.
We always rinse baths and shower cubicles thoroughly to remove
all traces of cleaning products before buffing them dry. Alternatively,
just ask for details of our ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY 'Product
Free' Cleaning.

Will
you do any washing up? |

No
problem! Providing you leave a reasonable amount of dishes/glasses
etc. we will be happy to wash up and put away these before
we clean your kitchen.

would like my bed to be changed. Is this possible on each
visit? |

Yes.
We are happy to change your bed linen and leave it in your
laundry basket. If you require this then all you have to do
is leave fresh linen on the relevant bed and we will change
it during our visit. (We can only change one bed per visit)

Do
I have to supply you with the cleaning products? |
| A |
No.
We supply our cleaners with all the necessary branded products
to complete your clean including a vacuum cleaner. However
if you have a Regular clean and a dedicated cleaner, they
may prefer to use your vacuum cleaner if this is acceptable
to you.

Do
I have to pay the cleaner after each visit? |

No,
we arrange a Standing Order Facility for Regular Cleaning
following completion of the four-week trial period, which
our clients find quick and simple. For One-Off cleans, we
invoice following completion of the cleaning.

What
if your cleaner breaks or damages something in my home? |

For
your peace of mind, we are fully insured against Public and
Employers liability risks so we are happy to replace any damaged
items if necessary. We can assure you that all our cleaners
go through a rigorous selection procedure during recruitment
and will take the utmost care in your home.

What
if closer the time my pre-arranged clean is no longer convenient? |

If
you have to cancel or postpone a scheduled clean with less
than 24 hours notice this will incur a cancellation fee of
£25. If you need to cancel with less than 2 hours notice
then the full cost of a clean is payable. However, if you
can advise us as soon as possible we will be happy to re-schedule
your visit for a more convenient time.
